Anderson Fab, LLC DBA Central Indiana Land Clearing provides professional land management, forestry mulching, and site preparation services. All project estimates are based on initial site descriptions and are subject to final on-site inspection.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Central Indiana Land Clearing reserves the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ significantly from those described during the initial request (e.g., hidden debris, underground utilities, or saturated soil).

4. Site Access and Preparation

The client is responsible for ensuring that all property boundaries are clearly marked and that the work area is accessible to heavy industrial machinery (e.g., Caterpillar 299).

Utility Locates: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for identifying and marking private underground lines (e.g., invisible fences, irrigation, private power).

5. Limitation of Liability

Central Indiana Land Clearing is not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities, hidden obstacles, or pre-existing site conditions. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the project unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
